Our stay was overall enjoyable, with a spacious suite that provided a wonderful view of the pool and the Gulf. The shuttle service made it easy to explore the area, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. However, we did experience some noise from the road, and while the staff was friendly, the initial check-in experience could have been a bit smoother.
My experience at the hotel had its ups and downs. While Davina at the front desk provided exceptional service that made me feel welcome, the overall customer service from other staff left much to be desired. The rooms were decent, but the maintenance issues detracted from what could have been a luxurious stay. The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to attractions but the beach area is not ideal for swimming. Overall, the experience had moments of pleasure, but service consistency needs improvement.
